Blood, trip to little ER, uncontrollable upset baby girl, daddy shows up, the world is sane again, trip to big ER, protective brother, protective daddy, 5 hours, 2 doctors, 7 nurses, one CT scan later, numbing gel, no crying, 3 staples, happy mom, sore throat, headache, COFFEE, Kmart, new barbie, which ends up being new toothbrush, new toothpaste, new lipgloss, home, niece comes over, dinner time, nana brings gifts, dog runs away, dog comes back, friends come over, clean up dinner, kids to bed, kids to bed 2nd time, kids to bed 3rd time, friends ;), sore throat, tired parents, DAY ENDS...relieved everything worked out, grateful for friends, family, doctors, nurses, super hero dads, sleeping kids, and the chance to get to do it all over again tomorrow (minus the ER, the blood, of course)

ReplyDeleteLove it!! Sure do Miss all that action, minus the er and blood of course. Keep us in prayer throughout the day. We will be very busy all day between Friday Fest. and Relay for Life events. As always, we over commited ourselves but what else is new. 2:pm set up for Relay for Life at fair grounds,several runs for ice and other event needs. 4:pm set up for Friday fest at down town,assit in cooking "chicken on the grill" served w/sides kept in warmers. After tear down at fest., back to relay event to assist in any way possible. Don't forget this event runs all night till noon Sat. Should be lots of fun though and Cristy is here to help "Not" well, maybe.Oh!! and Jose may have some blinds to clean on Sat. afternoon also. Pray for Gods companionship, strength, and patience.
