Introducing...

Here it is, the newest little man to enter the Lugones family! Ezra Judah Lugones! Born March 6th at 9:12 am. He weighed a whopping 9 pounds, 15 ounces (one ounce from 10 pounds!) and 21 1/2 inches long! It has been 3 weeks since we received this incredible gift from God and every time I think about posting a blog post...I fall asleep! Lol! I am finally feeling a little more rested and am excited to share with you all.
We are so enjoying our little man! He is such a good baby and we are so thankful for him! He's eating good, sleeping well and entertaining all of us with his little facial expressions. He literally smiles all the time. (No gas passed either.) I even snapped a picture of him smiling the day he was born! And a couple of nights ago, I was burping him and heard him breathing funny. I looked down and sure enough he was LAUGHING to himself! The noise I heard was him chuckling! It was so cute!
We have been really blessed by our micro church, our friends and family to have people provide meals for the two weeks following his birth and I cannot express what a blessing that was to us. Michael had a youth retreat and staff retreat during those first two weeks and though he was home every chance he got, he was still gone quite a bit. Our family and family friend, Mrs. Anna came and stayed with me and the kids. They cooked and cleaned and helped with Ezra. Such a blessing!!! I feel like I was really able to enjoy these last few weeks and not have to worry that Micah and Amelia were okay. It was a great time with Michael's grandparents, parents, sisters, my mom and friends, and I will cherish those memories and I know the kids will too.
Anyway, I could go on and on about our little man, but instead I will just post some pictures. :) Love you all!!!
P.S. I am going to include some details about his birth (Sorry boys, I know you probably could care less) because I want to share my experience with other expectant moms or young gals who are terrified of even the "idea" of having a baby one day. The Lord knows there are plenty of horror stories out there about labor! I will, of course, not give any gruesome details. If you know me, I am not a fan of mental "mooning" anyone!
