Spent the day watching videos from family & friends as they told him how much they love him.😍 The descriptive words repeated over & over by people from 20+ years ago to today were “REAL, caring, not afraid to admit his imperfections, HILARIOUS, loyal to his wife, an example of a GODLY HUSBAND, inspiring love for his family, eyes for his wife alone, strong, inspiring boundaries with women, amazing SHEPHERD, great STORYTELLER, joyful, makes everything & everyday FUN, CARES ABOUT EACH PERSON in the room...not just some, GENUINE, disciple of Jesus, LOVING father, ROLE MODEL, LOYAL friend, one of a kind, LEADER, Christ-like, absolutely MAKES LIFE BETTER. I could not agree more. And I could add on so many other attributes that no one sees. I wish you could see how much he cheers me on, how much he cares for me, for his kids, for his friends, for his staff, for his church , how hard he tries, how much he prays. • • • Having a close up view of his life for the past 23 years I can tell you he has left an amazing legacy by making one right choice after another. He learned to turn his mistakes into memories not roadblocks & it blows my mind to see how many lives he has touched & is still touching today. • • • @michaellugones I’m honored to stand by your side, to raise your babes, to call you pastor, & to kiss you goodnight. I love you with all my heart.
