Learning about the Plant Life Cycle

🌱 🌱🌱🌱🌱🌱🌱🌱🌱🌱🌱🌱🌱More from our day yesterday! Have I told you how much I LOVE the book “A Seed is Sleepy”! 😍🌱❤️I will definitely be grabbing all the other books by that author as we need them. Worth having on hand. We were finishing up Week One of @thepeacefulpress Garden Unit and learning about the plants lifecycle in @raisinglittleshoots “Exploring Nature with Children” curriculum. • • • I completely underestimated how much learning would happen when using the garden printables from @naturalbeachliving! Both kids were able to get practice cutting, sorting, recognizing numbers, counting and reading with one project! Of course we always have our reading chart from @myfathersworld (our base curriculum) on hand to help with reading. • • • πŸ¦– πŸ¦– πŸ¦– πŸ¦– πŸ¦– πŸ¦–πŸ¦– πŸ¦– πŸ¦–πŸ¦– πŸ¦– πŸ¦–πŸ¦– πŸ¦– πŸ¦– Also, Ezra felt the need to put on his dinosaur costume again, so we had a wardrobe change in the middle of the day! πŸ˜‚πŸ˜œ I just went with it! Why not?! Time is completely relative when homeschooling! Especially during quarantine! • • • #exploringnaturewithchildren #wildandfreemama #wildandfreekids #wildandfreechildren #homeschoollife #homeschooling #howtohomeschool #letthemlovelearning #makeschoolfun#handsonlearning #charlottemason #charlottemasoneducation #thepeacefulpress #naturebeachliving #aseedissleepy #quarantinelife
